Jewel is a collection of pendant lamps that are distinguished by the extreme elegance and simplicity of their design. The elegance of jewel is enhanced by the beautiful light that it produces, creating a suggestive mood in the ambience in which it is placed.
The Jewel collection offers elegant design, functionality with respect for the environment, made of recycled ABS, that embraces an aluminium conical shape containing the LED light source.
The lamps can work as a single piece, for more punctual lighting, or in a combination of multiple pendants to create a more diffused beam, ideal for commercial spaces.
A light object, of very small dimensions, which can be installed as a single piece or a combination. This collection of suspension lamps is available in four versions: one, three, four and ten lights. The lamp can be installed individually or in composition.
“Last 5th of June, during the World Environment Day, dedicated to the plastic waste, we wanted symbolically to print the first prototype of Jewel, composed, of an aluminium cone, supported by an arch made of recycled ABS. Ours is a laboratory of tailor-made decorative lights, which embodies functionality and emotion. Doing our job, we shall always remember that a laboratory more functional and emotional than the environment doesn’t exist. Design by Studio Yonoh
Studio Yonoh is a multidisciplinary creative studio set up by Clara del Portillo and Alex Selma in 2006. Simplicity, innovation, and originality is the backbone to their design philosophy, studying each small detail minutely in each of their projects.
Clara and Alex originally trained as industrial designers and for years developed their careers separately until they met young designers’ exhibition in 2004.
During its career Yonoh has been awarded the most prestigious design prizes worldwide, such as Red Dot, IF Design Award, Good Design, and Wallpaper Design Award, among others.
