The decision was clear this year, Lens had a clear lead over the other competitors. Even Snooker could settle slightly before the pursuers.
This is the first time in the history of the competition that two lights from Austrian manufacturers have won the traditional competition.
About Lens
Lens is an attractive minimalist lighting range for single and double workstations. The daylight dependant controls provide maximum efficiency and user experience with the addition of motion sensors and light swarm function.
The luminaire offers direct/indirect light distribution in a 40:60 ratio and the attractive contemporary aesthetics make it a perfect workstation light.
Lens achieves a perfect glare suppression with a UGR of <16, by means of a black high gloss screen, combined with specially co-ordinated downward lenses.
Molto Luce has recognised that glass dividers are often used in contemporary office architecture, proving to make the addition of conventional buttons very difficult. The lamp comes with a wireless push button for cable-free mounting on such dividers, which can be ordered as an extra option.
The lens collection consists of a floor luminaire and pendant which are both available in black, white or aluminium anodized colours.
