The creation of a rejuvenated ‘public realm’ in the ‘outer’ city centre, encompassing the Apple Market at one end and O’Connell Street is seen as a natural extension of the works initialised in the Viking Triangle. The aspiration is to create an open and sustainable public realm using high-quality materials in a simple and straightforward way.

This week Dlight featured in the latest edition of Electrical Magazine for the recent completion of the Olympia Leisure Centre in Belfast. This was our first large scale project completed in Northern Ireland and hopefully the first of many. It provided us with a good opportunity to display the high levels we can deliver on a project of this scale. The Olympia regeneration was part of a £105m Belfast City Council Investment in Leisure Transformation with the council embracing the opportunities presented by the city’s stadium redevelopments.
