Designed by RKD Architects, this is certainly not your standard office fit out, Horizon Therapeutic’s new workspace and global HQ is situated in the heart of Dublin’s city centre, adjacent to St. Stephen’s Green.
After 2 years of remote working, Horizon have created a space for their workforce to enjoy and to grow, including a coffee dock, open office space, break out areas, library, gym and a number of private offices and we were thrilled to be the main lighting consultants on this high end project.
Horizon and their partners had a clear vision that was employee focused with a strong emphasis on sustainability, to create flexible working and a collaborative workspace that allows for free flowing conversations between employees and also allows space for the team to grow.
Our role was to deliver a design with the right lighting solutions that would create the environment to ensure the clients vision was achieved to the highest standards. At basement level this is even more evident with a fully stocked gym which can be booked throughout the day. A large focus on environmental sustainability meant Dlight was in prime position to utilise years of experience to deliver a scheme well under the LEED parameters, achieving LEED Gold Certification.
Coordination was key throughout this project which ensured it ran as smoothly as possible from start to finish. All teams and individual involved on this project ensured the client was delivered a great project completed to the highest standards within the clear deadline and criteria set by Horizon.
