The biopharmaceutical facility is proposed for Piercetown, Craddockstown and Ballymagillen on the old N3, now the R147 and the site includes the former Peters family holding.
The plans include a two-storey production building of 17,445 square metres, to be built in two phases; a two-storey warehouse facility, also in two phases; a three-storey laboratory and administration building 12,453 square metres; car parking for 496 cars, and a temporary construction car park for 420 cars, as well as a covered bicycle for 100 bicycles.
Ancillary buildings include a bunded tank, farm, water and wastewater and oil storage tanks.
